Being part of our tradition, we continue the effort of integrating
into ERC's core business and support structure in order to be able
to provide quality services to our clients. We do so in areas of
Environment, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and
Geographic Information System (GIS). We aim to assist our clients
to maximize the benefits of ICT and GIS through appropriate and
effective training solutions that allow easy management, processing,
use of knowledge management tools and electronic information to
facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. We train institutions
and organizations of the public and private sectors in ICT to improve
their ability to utilize the benefits of computer and communication
technology more efficiently and effectively. Our holistic approach
for GIS and ICT includes the following services to ensure success:
Training needs assessment for organizational capacity building
Development and implementation of training courses
Identification of appropriate hardware and software tools
Improvement of internal training capacity
ERC is currently about to offer training sessions that will suit
organizations and professionals that need leading technology to
handle complex spatial analysis tasks; ERC's GIS Solutions has the
right software and training. Through computer mapping and database
operations, GIS allows planners to make decisions from real world
information. Courses offered through ERC are:
